Our Policy

* Cancellation

If the client cancels the contract/ event for any reason, the down payment will not be refunded. If canceling the contract client must notify in writing, If event is cancelled less than 6 months before the date of the event, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of services already rendered and loss of event date. If client decides to cancel portion or full services on day of the event, client is still responsible for full payment. If the event is postponed, service
contract can be applied to a new date if available. 


* Postponement Policy 

To consider a date change, we must receive a written release of the current contracted date, which will null and void written contract. If event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement if no determined new date is provided. If client needs to change the date, all monies paid will transfer to new date per a newly written and signed contract if that date is available for Dreams Decor LLC. The new date must be within six months
of the original date or the new contract will be subject to Dreams Decor LLC's current rates. If the new date is unavailable with Dreams Decor LLC, the contract will be cancelled, and the down payment will not be refunded. 


* DIY and Placement of personal Décor

Dreams Décor LLC is not responsible for any DIY or personal décor oversight during your event. 


* Setup & Breakdown

Dreams décor LLC shall only set up and break down supplies, materials, and equipment provided under this contract/ proposal. Individual vendors are responsible for their own set up/ break down. 


* Abuse

Dreams Décor LLC honors zero-tolerance policy for abusive or language from clients and/ or guest towards its owner, employees, agents. Subcontractors, and assigns. Dreams Décor LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate performance of its services at any point of the event project (from planning to event day execution) at its discretion should the client and/ or guest threatens or engage in any abusive behavior or language towards its owner, employees,
agents, subcontractors and assigns in any capacity including (but not limited to) verbal abuse (whether oral or written), physical abuse or any other intolerable action or language. Termination of services as a result of abuse by client and/ or guests will not result in a refund of any kind, and all remaining payments shall be due as outlined herein. Client agrees to honor Dreams Decor LLC's company policy and exercise respect and courtesy for Dreams Decor LLC at all times. 


* Insurance

Dreams Décor LLC maintains business and professional liability insurance as protection for the company and against any claims a venue or client may have for accidental caused by Dreams Décor LLC and its staff. Our insurance is in no way reflective of the liability insurance you, the client are required to carry for your event, guest and equipment. Certificates of insurance for Dreams Decor LLC are available upon request.


* Attorney

If legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this contract the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees in additional to any other remedies to which that party might be legally entitled. The understanding have read this contract, understand its terms, and agree to bound thereby. Any additions, deletions, or revisions must be made writing and approved by all responsible parties. The parties agree that this contract is the complete and exclusive statement of mutual understanding of the parties.
